Vanmark's Natural Flow Gate

This dramatic shot was captured from video taken during an actual production test of the Natural Flow gate with steam peeled product.  The gate is being successfully used to reduce peel loss with product sizes and shapes ranging from small and round to large and oblong.  Operations have reduced peel losses by as much as a full basis point, saving thousands of dollars per year.
