has many advanced design features which make it more efficient than the Series 2700 peelers. It has proven itself to be the most efficient industrial peeler on the market.
Vanmark will continue to support your Series 2700 peeler with replacement
parts and certain upgrades. For example, replacing the old style gate with the new Natural Flow gate, can significantly increase product yield.
